Your Online Store plan simply continues at ₹399 a month — flat, GST included, and it never steps up. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like and your store returns to the free plan; nothing is deleted.

Yes — anytime, free. Every paid plan includes the Studio editor: change your words, photos, sections, and colors from your dashboard with a live preview, no code involved. You never have to wait on anyone to fix a typo or swap a photo — and if you’d rather we do it, just ask.

You can make unlimited changes yourself, free, in the Studio editor. On top of that, every paid plan includes changes our team makes for you each month — 1 on Website, 2 on Store, 4 on Business — and we aim to have each one ready within 2 business days. No. Never. Your store runs on your own Razorpay account, so every sale is paid directly to you — we never touch the money. Razorpay’s standard processing fee goes to Razorpay, not us. Our flat plan price is all we ever charge — 0% commission, forever.

Online Store puts orders on your WhatsApp with no payment gateway — customers pay you directly by UPI or cash, the fastest way to start selling. Online Store + Payment Gateway adds online payments through your own Razorpay account (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) so customers pay directly on your website, plus a full order workflow, a sales dashboard, and more AI edits and changes done for you each month. Both come with a store admin you can run from your phone.

You do. The domain, the brand, the content, the orders — all yours. We host and maintain the site for you, but if you ever choose to leave, your domain, content, and order history come with you — ask us and we’ll export them for you.

Yes. Every site we build runs on Cloudflare — enterprise-grade SSL, DDoS protection, and encrypted data storage. Store payments run on your own Razorpay account, so card and UPI data is handled by Razorpay and never touches our servers.

Yes — anytime, from your dashboard. Before you pay, your free preview simply stays free. After you’ve picked a plan, cancelling just moves your store back to the free plan — nothing is deleted, and you can pick a plan again whenever you’re ready. And while you stay, your price never goes up.

Yes — pay yearly and save 25% compared with paying monthly. It renews each year at the same price, and we remind you before it’s due. Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full. The one exception is a domain name bought through us: once it’s registered in your name, it’s yours to keep, so it can’t be refunded.

No — we write your copy and create your imagery from what you tell us about your business. Have a logo, brand colors, or product photos? Share them after your preview and we’ll swap them in — or do it yourself in the Studio editor.

Your site is live on a free digilyt.app address the moment the build finishes — usually about 5 minutes. When you’re ready for your own domain, bring one you own (or register one at any registrar) and connect it from your dashboard with a guided setup — SSL is automatic, and most domains are live within the hour.
